We are working with an expert and experienced project team to deliver ‘best-in-class’ purpose-built and professionally-managed student accommodation, building on our experience designing and delivering schemes at 61-65 Holborn Viaduct and beyond. Across our portfolio, we are currently working in partnership with universities including the London School of Economics and Imperial College London.
35% of the rooms will be affordable student accommodation, provided at rent level capped by the Mayor of London.
The student accommodation will bring new talent directly into the City of London, helping the transition from learners-to-earners that maintains the City’s status as the world’s leading place to meet and do business with one another.
