Providing New Public Realm

Our scheme aims to deliver a new public realm alongside these new public uses.

Along Northumberland Alley, we will provide a public courtyard alongside the main entrance for public use. This will provide more than just visual amenity. It will be a breathing space along the street where it meets the new public use.

Working with the City of London we also aim to deliver a new pocket park at Rangoon Street. This can be achieved through the new development proposals at both 65 Crutched Friars and Boundary House next door. The pocket park will significantly upgrade the streetscape and the experience of spending time in the local neighbourhood, replacing what is currently a very visible back-of-house servicing area.
